Pastor Patience Moore was born to Pastor Emeritus Michael and Lady Emeritus Frances Crenshaw on September 13, 1980. At eight years old, she was baptized and received the Gift of the Holy Ghost, with the evidence of speaking in tongues. At such a young age, Pastor Patience was considered “ahead of her time” as she would play an intricate part in counseling those who were much older than her and would also work the altar and deliverance service. She had no doubt how different she was, as it was evident to many others. While being so young, she didn’t fully understand what “being different” meant. However, her parents and others God had placed in her life as mentors, helped cultivate the gifts and anointing on her life.
Her mother would often ask her and her three brothers what they wanted to be when they were grown and Pastor Moore’s answer was,“ I want to be a mother and a wife.” At the age of only 16, God honored her desire to be a wife, marrying the love of her life, Pastor Marcus Moore, on June 7, 1997. They enjoyed 23 beautiful years of marriage, until the Lord decided to call him home on August 30, 2020. Answering her desire to be a mother, she had 4 beautiful children: Marcus Jr., Maxwell, Myles, and Maddox.
After the passing of her first son, in June 2010, she preached her first sermon in July 2010, entitled, “Now Is The Time.” This is where she penned the phrase, “We don’t have a lot of time, but we have enough time, if we don’t waste anymore time!” Ministry has ALWAYS been a passion of Pastor Moore’s. She has been a fervent worker in many capacities: Sunday School Teacher, Youth Leader, Choir Director, Praise Team Leader, Marriage Counselor, Outreach Ministry, and much more. She often says whatever you do for the Lord, do it with all you have. She is a firm believer in allowing the spirit of God to lead in ALL things.
As Pastor Patience served in many areas and ministries in the church throughout her life, she found great joy in being the First Lady and Co-Pastor at Miracle Kingdom Fellowship Church, in Gallatin, TN, working alongside her late husband, Pastor Marcus Moore Sr. After serving together for 3 years and the sudden death of her husband in August 2020, she was lead of the Holy Ghost to assume the position as Senior Pastor. Having a profound love and a heart for God’s people, she will be celebrating 4 years of pastoral leadership in October 2024. She finds great joy in pastoring the best church in Gallatin, TN and is so very grateful to do it with her three sons and her parents.
